Here are all the Brave Browser version available at their site. In an event you take all these steps and you still do not receive the pop up ads I do recommend downloading other versions of the Brave browser to make sure that your Brave Browser has the complete update. Luckily once I realized it was a easy troubleshoot. It happened to me and because I did not know this detail I missed 2 days of earnings and was starting to think Brave ads was simply not working for me. Closing and re-opening the browser fully should solve the problem. Specially if you ran an older version previous to this one. If you are not able to see the frequency box it is a sign that you may need to restart the browser.
Once you set your frequency you first ad should pop up at the frequency you requested. Once you do so you should be able to adjust the frequency of the ads.
